- Email us your client's loan amount, term, property address, priority of the proposed loan (whether a 1st or 2nd), its purpose and the borrower's exit plan.
- CNF will arrange to fund the loan with no prepayment penalty. Interest will range from 8% to 14% based on the location and quality of the property, the exit plan as well as the size and term of the loan.
- A very generous brokers comission will be paid to you directly from the escrow immediately upon its close.
