Capital Network Fundings clients enjoy the benefit of having all of the paperwork taken care of for them. We act as the Loan Servicing agent for most loans originated on behalf of our investors. Everything is handled from communicating with the borrowers to collecting payments. We monitor the status of property taxes, property insurance and, when appropriate issue demands for payoff statements when the loans have been repaid. Payments are remitted to investors as received.
